Nutrition plays a vital role throughout life, from infancy to old age. The food we consume affects every aspect of our overall health. A well-balanced diet provides the essential nutrients necessary for growth, repair, immune system support and energy production. Although the saying “You are what you eat” is often used casually, it reflects an important reality: our dietary choices have a significant effect on our overall well-being and quality of life.
